Westbrook Pointe

This was my very first home to call my own for me and my daughters. I remember being 39 weeks pregnant and they were able to get me into an apartment quickly in 2014, which I’m so extremely grateful for. It was so beautiful and perfect. The apartments are still beautiful and always updated, maintenance are always so nice & always working. Everyone in the office has been so amazing, especially Kim & Jeff! My girls loved the access to the playgrounds and they have tons of friends in the neighborhood now. Our neighbors were so sweet and kind. The whole community is so beautiful to walk through in the summer, the landscaping is so beautiful. We stayed here 10 years and we are truly going to miss it and we are so very thankful that housing opportunities like this exist🤍

We have lived here in Westbrook Pointe for over 10 years the office staff is very cordial and helpful with any of my concerns or issues that have arisen in the last 10 years. The maintenance staff has always been prompt and very knowledgeable about any issues I may have in my apartment building, they always keep the grounds very nice year-round that it makes it a pleasure to live here.

Asked for a landlord reference for one of their tenants and they called me to threaten me that if their tenant didn’t give a 30 day notice then there is going to be a problem. As an outside party and not involved with their tenant or them in anyway, I found her to be unprofessional and her approach entirely inappropriate. Then she was unhappy with my attitude. Ha!

I have been living here for more than 10 years. I love westbrook pointe. It is the safest place for anyone to live. The management is great, and the maintenance people are very efficient and polite. It is a wonderful environment for my children as the neighborhood is kept clean and beautiful.

I've lived here for many years, the staff and service has been great. The people working at the office have been really helpful and attentive.
