We have a small condo association on the West End in Portland. We hired Clarke and were very impressed by their professionalism, good attitude, and hard work. I’ve been here 5 years, I’m a 67 year old woman and I call it my home. I’ve always felt safe and secure and I’ve always been well taken care of as far as maintenance and other issues. The team is always on top of everything, the lawn gets mowed on a regular basis and they do a great job maintaining the gardens and landscape. The Wi-Fi is top notch.

I paid my rent on time and treated the property with respect while I was in graduate school at UNE. Scott Smith couldn't even return my security deposit upon my departure. Greatly disappointed.
