Westbound at The Works

This property is THE best. The team is so commutative and helpful and the star of the property is Austin the community manager. He level of care is beyond what. I could’ve asked for. The amenities and upkeep are fantastic and I love having my friends over to such a great place. Highly recommend living here!

This is a great apartment complex to live at—most importantly because the staff in the leasing office are excellent. They always are on top of communicating with the tenants and being genuinely so helpful. They plan events every month and really work hard to make Westbound feel like a community.

One of the best places I’ve ever lived. The team is always kind, communicative, and genuinely helpful, and Austin, the community manager, truly goes above and beyond in making this feel like home. The amenities are wonderful, the building is beautifully maintained, and I really love having friends over here. Highly recommend.

Only great things to say about this community. Property is beautifully maintained, nice location with a lot of fun spots to check out. The leasing staff is wonderful, friendly, and attentive. Austin and Brandon do an amazing job for the community here.

Don't stay here unless you're ok with fire alarms going off every month at 2am for no apparent reason, car break ins, package theft in the Luxor package room, and no response to continuous late night noise/parties from the security officer. If you have an electric vehicle good luck because they only have 6 charging stations and people park in them when they're not charging. The complex does nothing to enforce this. On top of that, our washer and dryer shot out at the same time and no one offered to compensate us for the 3 weeks of being inconvenienced. The turnover rate from the staff is extremely high. Every time I go in the office there is someone new working there who doesn't have a clue what they're doing.
