Keenan Shanholtz is at the top of the realtor/ broker field. By far!! I have spent my career in commercial building leasing dealing with brokers. Although I used Keenan for a large recreational land purchase his knowledge , sense of urgency,and,overall handling of the buyer and seller in my case was exceptional. Our deal would not have happened without Keenan. There were easement ,deed,and family issues with the seller and he handled each of these issues with each party to go the extra mile and get the deal closed.
