Beware!!!!!!. I rented with them for nine months, and I was never informed about the many Airbnbs before I signed the lease. I asked about the extra cameras and the gates out front with the locks, and it was never disclosed to me that I would be living next to five Airbnb’s. After a month of living there, I complained about the noise coming through the wall. I was often awakened in the middle of the night by parties, loud TVs, babies crying, and walking on the roof after 10 p.m. I was told there was nothing wrong with the wall, but as you can see from the pictures, they split my unit with the Airbnb through a window and not an outside wall. My unit is the one on the left. When I asked to be moved, they showed me a unit with the same layout and an Airbnb next door for two hundred more mo

I never received my security deposit back despite me barely living there. The noise is very loud from the air bnb’s surrounding you also allowing other people in the building you don’t know. The cleaning people have keys to everyone’s unit and come in unannounced on accident mistaking unit numbers. Kind of overpriced for no amenities.
