About a month ago I found a home I liked and drove by. Santosh Cherian’s Name and phone number were on the sign. Santosh explained that his legal obligation was to represent the seller so he referred me to an expert agent, Katherine Katz. Katherine and her team (electrician, home inspector, lender, etc.) put together the deal and it closed in just a little over two weeks! It was such a pleasurable and painless experience that if I didn’t love this house so much, I Would ask Santosh to list it and ask Katherine Katz to find me my next home. I am so very Thankful for Santosh and Katherine. They have a very helpful, efficient lender Colleen Posner and a thorough home inspector.

Deeply Disappointed… Misrepresentation and Discrimination in Caregiver Housing Application… My mother and I recently applied for a rental property listed by Sheila Wang, and were contacted by an agent named Aftyn during the process. I was listed on the application only as my mother’s live-in caregiver and emergency contact — not as a tenant or financial applicant. From the beginning, we provided everything they asked for: proof of my mother’s income, bank statements, and references. Her background check passed with flying colors. I was told that because I was not applying to be a tenant, only a basic safety background check would be required — no credit check, no financial screening. That turned out to be false. Very Disatisified. The corporate broker manager was callous and rude, and L. agent Erik Geisler neglected to list pertinent, major problems on the property listing on 14264 S. Baniff Ln., AZ City. Gave us SPSD late after writing an offer and waiting every day for 5 days. Didn't disclose in the MLS listing comments that it was a fixer-upper. The roof and patio were leaking, plumbing in mid bthr, was blocked, and there were fire hazards with electrical. I complained to a broker who lacked in service or help when I ( the buyer) complained about Erik, the listed agent. We finally had to cancel BINSR because the sellers wouldn't agree to concession repairs. Erik said the day we first looked at the property that the sellers would give concessions. This was the third time Erik listed

Nancy True is the worst real estate agent I Have dealt with if I can give her a zero I would. 8543 s osage Dr, mesa, 85212 was the property she owns and was trying to rent. Her lazy behind didn't even bother to check our paystubs showing that we made 5 times the rent and went but what transunion said which it was not accurate and denied us after she had said all of our paper look good and said she was going to go with someone else. Beware of trying to rent from her and a y of her properties......you will be wasting your time and money with her....
