Inspections over coffee provided a phenomenal home inspection process from the moment we arrived. Upon beginning our review, we were offered coffee(hence the name) which was a very unique experience. Mike, our inspector, began explaining what his process was and the things he looked for. He broke down the report for us in a way that was easy to understand. He also answered any questions if we were unfamiliar with the issue or the terminology. When we were finished reveiwing the report he made, we did an entire walkthrough of the property. During this walk-through he pointed out all the items from the report. He also showed us how to shut off the water supply to the main house and irrigation as well as the gas supply.
