In need of best plumber in Las Vegas/Los Angeles area.

Was once one of the most beautiful properties on West Tropicana. Now it needs to be repainted and to be overhauled. It’s still has the original paint from 1992. no the management company that runs this place should be fired. The Hué is a scam. This property won a major lawsuit back in 1996 against the developer. Millions of dollars!Where all is that that money. This property should be looking like a showplace.

I have owned my property here for years since it was built in 1996.HOA board is horrible now. They used to keep this property pristine. Now The landscaping looks horrible. They also need more control on these loser owners renting out units that they bought during the recession to just simply trash. When something dies they just let it sit and let it turn to dirt. Ironically, we won a major lawsuit against the builder back in 1997. HOA received millions of dollars from the builder ( Blasco) where is that money to keep the property up? Maybe somebody should be bringing this up at board meetings??? I tried but I just get crickets you can hear a pin drop ! Sent letters to colonial property management get more crickets??? What is going on here?Inquiring minds wanna know.

They hate kids period! Can't play w. Balls, can't play on bicycle,can't play on roller skates, can't play on grass NOWHERE!!!! U will get fined $100 each time!!!! But they will let the dogs to s.......everywhere A few ppl will pick up after them the rest will leave it right in ur front door If ur ground floor u can't leave windows open because of the nice "fragrance"Call the main office to tell them about ur problems. Don't bother they don't care! Pools are filthy most times BBQ's are same never been clean in years, pool umbrellas and chairs same. We r glad that we moved out of that place where kids can play and be kids. Stay out of that place!!! All this starts with the top management and it rolls down to tenants So again stay out !!

West Trop was a great place around 2000. I lived there through 2005. Dozens of New Yorkers lived there when I was a resident. They ruled. What happened?
