West Towne Cottages

I wanted to come here and personally thank the amazing staff here at westtowne. I have lived here going on 3 years now and I don’t have one complaint. The office staff are very understanding and always Available to handle any concerns of mine. From day one that have always been welcoming and very friendly. The maintenance team has no problem with coming out and addressing any issues or request I put in to be fixed in a timely manner. What I love the most about this community is that it really gives a family vibe. Thank you westtowne staff for your hospitality and willingness to help. I do 100% feel safe here and don’t plan on moving anytime soon.

This is the absolute WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN VALDOSTA!!! This is coming from someone who currently lives here. Where do I start… When we first moved in the unit was disgusting, it was very clear that no one stepped foot into this unit after the previous owner left. The funny thing about this is that they charge a fee during move out for cleaning… odd. I sent a document with pictures of what needed to be fixed and was ignored. My husband finally went up to the office and they said “we will have people come to your unit this week to fix everything”, that was over 2 months ago and stuff is still not fixed. I haven't even moved in to the place. They charged me nearly $3,000 before they decided to give me the keys of the apartment that they finally chose to put me in after switching me twice. Then when they gave up the keys on the day I was supposed to move in, I finally was able to check out the apartment, and it had so many health codes to even count. They show you the model and make it seem that's what it looks like. It doesn't! If you're reading this, save yourself the hassle and money!

The management is so trouble, and they don't have maintenance. My paint is coming off my counter in kitchen. Just got my smoke detector two months ago and I been live here and put in orders since 2020 of August, I move back January 2024, think it’s was better. Mr. Johnny can’t do it all my Ac was leaking in my room and the young guy work with Mr Johnny never replaced my door are fix anything that was needed repair and the young lady Lakeya Johnson was no help keep changing more money but, not fixing the problem. That was inspected before I move in😔. They shouldn’t charge the price of living here when you have to fix it yourself. Sadly but thank Mr Johnny for his service. If I could give a half of a star I would because they don’t even deserve 1 star. This is one of THE WORST PLACES I’VE EVER LIVED IN ALL OF MY YEARS OF RENTING. The Owner doesn’t NEVER want to fix anything but ONLY wants money. I moved in & the unit was NOT move in ready. I had NO bedroom door for a whole year. Kids bathroom had a crack in the tub instead of them repairing it they just did a patch job. Ceiling was leaking. They ONLY came to repair if after the Hurricane. STILL NO bedroom door. Window was broken instead of fixing they nailed it shut so I couldn’t open if I wanted to get fresh air. The Owner wouldn’t put screens in the windows because previous tenants broke them. I had a flood in my room & literally had to walk around with Crocs on. My Son has REALLY bad asthma. He could’ve g
