America's Home Place is Exactly where to go for a new home. My experience has been Amazing. From the very first appointment I was totally at ease knowing everything would be handled expertly. Beth, Jasmine and Chris Newsome have become family to me. They have taken this overwhelming process and simplified it to the point of making this fun. Their kindness, compassion and concern for my well being throughout this build has been life changing. The quality (people & building products) are absolutely unmatched. I have a beautiful, safe and sound dream home with a perfect 9' wraparound concrete porch. Excellent customer service throughout the entire process! Beth made the process a breeze and Jasmine made sorting through all the options a breeze. It took about six months to build our entire house and the quality was great. Even came in under budget. A year later and we have no issues. Withstood hurricane helene.

My daughter is in the planning stage of building a house. We have been to four construction open houses for American Home Place and I personally talked with all four home owners. Each one of them told us that they changed the floorplans by adding space, moved walls and added features and there were no surprises in the cost at the end, plus they got everything just like they wanted. They all told us the process was not long and they had no issues what so ever. Their job supervisor had stayed in constant communication with them and were easy to reach if needed. We have been to the Valdosta office several times (plus numerous phone calls) and they have answered all of our questions. America Home is truly the best place for building and model homes. I had the opportunity to tour one of their newly built homes through a friend, and it was absolutely beautiful. After seeing the quality of their work, I was referred to their showroom—and it did not disappoint. The showroom is gorgeous, and Beth is incredibly informative and welcoming. She truly makes you feel at home and comfortable throughout the process. My grandmother and I are very excited to start future business with America Home. Highly recommend!

Our experience with America's Home Place has been great. The sales team Beth and Jasmine were super nice and knowledgeable. If by some chance they didn't have an answer for us, they got the answer and back to us quickly. They did their best to keep stress levels down and the experience fun. They understand that building your forever home is supposed to be a fun event. After our time with them was over we were put in the care of Ryan. Our project manager. He has been just as great. Keeps us informed, addresses our concerns and resolves them quickly. He reaches out to us weekly with progress and updates on what's going to happen next. We are not through yet but it won't be long.
