West Side Marquis Apartments

This company is unreliable. We paid them $520, and in case of refusal, we were supposed to be reimbursed. We've been waiting for this refund since September. Now, they are refusing to reimburse us. When we contact the company, we deal with different people who give us contradictory information. I want my refund. For me, this is discrimination. I want my refund .

The West Side Marquis leasing office has been amazing! Robert Madrid was so friendly and professional, and he walked me through each step with friendliness and professionalism. Great experience overall.

As someone who read every review for buildings we were looking to rent (we came out of state), we took a chance at West Side Marquis since there weren’t many reviews. We’ve been here about 6 months now and everything has been spectacular! From the maintenance staff to the lobby staff, everyone is so kind. We’ve had 2 maintenance issues so far, and they were fixed within 12 hours. It’s also very pet friendly. Definitely recommend this building.

While looking for an apartment, I called once and left a voicemail. The following day, Marquis Apartment called me three times right away. The lowest apartment price I could obtain out of the ones they offered was $3200. Beautiful location that is safe and kind. A highly respectable personality and a nice manager. When I told him I had been duped, he asked if I wanted a job to tide me over until I found my ideal position. Since I am a guest and cannot use both possibilities, I declined the offer with hesitation. either indoors or outside. Two options. This time, I can accept the offer and just focus on being a fantastic employee. I can work, live, and travel in Non-Sleepless City with ease now that I have ideas about it."

You could never get these people on the phone. I've been trying to help my mom with an issue of them changing her group status from a A to B category. My mom has been living in the building since 1968, she was number 3 on her floor. She's an elderly woman now, and is paying more rent then she should. They asked me to send in a lease from 1968 in which I did. They still haven't responded after years. We are now seeking support from our councilman and DHCR
