I worked with Kay to make my first home purchase - a coop in Manhattan. The process is pretty involved, especially for a first time buyer. She walked me through every step of the purchase and application process, from the initial offer negotiation to the coop interview. In particular, she reviewed my application package to the coop in extreme details, catching any mistakes or missed information. She also helped me set up a marathon day of apartment viewings - I was moving from out of town, so my in-person availability was very limited.
