We had an atypical home selling/buying experience. Our initial buyer had several setbacks with their financing which resulted in multiple different closing dates that spanned 2 months. They ultimately ended up falling through and we went under contract with a new buyer. It was a stressful, difficult, and long process. But I can honestly say we wouldn't have been able to sustain it if not for the loving support, wise counsel and responsiveness of Michael. He went to bat for us on multiple occasions. He had difficult conversations on our behalf when things weren't being communicated with us in a timely manner. He negotiated with our buyers and sellers. This company is super unprofessional and knows nothing about customer service or handling rogue employees. My mother and I left two bad justified reviews and all of the sudden the broker of the company starts reviewing and asks all his family members to do the same, super weird. Also against google policy. Beware most of the 5 star ratings are fake expect the 3 old ones. The employee in question aired out all of our personal information on google review. Based on these reviews alone, you can see how immature this company is.

The worse experience as Landlord. Especially Nathaly … since they change the management to her she has been the worse person . My daughter has been renting a property form this company for over 2 year with no Complaint. The last months she is been the worse person caring about my daughter personal life , Gossiping with her friend which live next door from the property where we are renting . No Being professional as she supposed be. We pay rent on time , but she looks for caring about how comes in or out from my daughter house. My daughter and her roommate has been respectful with no causing any disturbance on the neighborhood as the contract says.
