West Royal Apartments

I moved in during the fall season and loving living here. The manager is super friendly, helpful, and does an outstanding work. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood has a chill vibe. Pretty close to good food finds and market places. Definitely recommend being part of this community living.

I’ve lived at West Royal Apartments through a transition, and the difference with the new management and maintenance team is noticeable. Communication is better, concerns are addressed, and the property feels more cared for overall. The location is great and I love how spacious my 1 bedroom unit is

Great experience so far at West Royal Apartments in Beaverton. The apartments are spacious, the community is quiet, and the management and maintenance team has been responsive and professional.

If you are thinking of moving here do not!!!! This place is covered in roaches and nothing is ever fixed. No matter how many maintain request you place. The maintenance man does not do his job correctly or at all to be honest. I would never let even my worst enemy move here. Management sucks. I have lived in many apartment’s but never one like this. Save your self from waking up to roaches all over your place. Not worth it.

New management is beyond terrible. I have no idea what Princeton was thinking, but many of us are very dissatisfied with the extreme lack of competency and basic job skills one would expect management to have. Do better, Princeton.
