West Hill Apartments

Starting off this by saying I do not ever leave bad reviews, but after living here for 3+ years I believe it is deserved. My roommate and I had a very frustrating experience with the management of this apartment complex. During the middle of our lease they switched their payment system, and we had been set up on autopay with the old one. However, when they transitioned to the new system, our autopay didn’t transfer over, so we unknowingly missed the rent payment. As a result, we were hit with a late fee. Despite the fact that the error was entirely on their end, management refused to take responsibility and wouldn’t reimburse the late fee. I tried to explain the situation multiple times, but they were completely unhelpful and very dismissive and condescending. It’s incredibly frustrating

I love living at West Hill! Management is always available to communicate and service us.... our needs are always met promptly and effectively (as if we were the only tenants)! We are taken care of extremely well. This apartment is comfortable and welcoming. The facilities are always accessible and I love the private parking lot!!! Not having to worry about my cars safety is a big plus. My roommate and I are happy we've made it our home.

We had the worst experience living at West Hill. To name just a few of the issues we had during our time living here: Our car was broken (cars are broken into weekly - doors were locked so windows were broken), cars were STOLEN from the "private" parking lot, break ins continued to happen and our mail and packages were stolen, and we had black mold growing in our unit. We could not have been more ready to move out of this place. To make it worse, the staff was unprofessional and never returned phone calls. They are scamming the residents out of their security deposits and passing on all of their fees to the tenant. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Antonio is one of the maintenance team and he has been here for many years. He is knowledgeable, professional and always does a great job. When management teams change over the years it’s always nice that he is here!

I have lived at West Hill since October, and I love living here. I love how open and airy the apartments feel and all the natural light they get. Management is also great! Shelbie worked with my roommate and I to make sure we got everything we wanted and was super helpful! Anytime I need anything she is always super helpful and very quick. Having her here as management has definitely improved my experience.
