West Gate Townhomes

I have lived here a little over a year now and have loved every minute of it. The community is friendly, safe, and quiet, the townhomes are spacious and renovated, the rent is extremely reasonable for the amount of space you get, and the maintenance crew is quick to handle any requests. When searching for a place to live, Bridgit was extremely accessible to answer any question and has made living here even better. She is friendly and always handles any situations the tenants face as quickly as possible. I will be moving out soon due to job relocation, but she has continued to be great to work with in this process and has made everything as simple as possible. I will miss living here, especially during the holidays when the neighbors go all out decorating! Thanks for everything Bridgit!

What happened to Mary Lou?! She was the best. She really cared about the tenants, she was friendly, held great conversation. I miss her. From my stay, she made it feel like home. I don't know about staff now. They were very short with my mother. As if money was what they were solely focused on!

Lived here for a year. After a really rough start, we wound up really liking our place. When we initially signed the lease weeks before move in, the previous property manager told us we would be getting new cabinets and full-tile backsplash like the newer units. On move-in day we were shocked to still see the old scratched cabinets and no backsplash. This put a really bad taste in our mouth. There was also way too much paint on the doors and hinges, to the point they wouldn't open or close. It felt like a slumlord special and were really concerned the place would be bad. All that being said, Bridgit (the new property manager) is an absolute rockstar. All of the previous reviews about poor snow removal or bad management are NOT an issue with Bridgit. West Gate Townhomes is a great place to live. The apartments/townhomes are spacious and clean. The property is well-maintained. Amenities such as a workout space, small dog park, and game room are being added, enhancing the appeal even more. Property Management is FANTASTIC! Bridgit in the front office is attentive, responsive, and well-organized. She handles everything with ease and prioritizes the tenants' best interests and well-being. What's most noticeable and appreciated is her compassion, understanding, and unwavering support and kindness that she shows everyone living on Cooper Place. It's a great neighborhood and property!

We worked with Josephine and we had a great experience. She responded quickly to our emails and answered all of our questions. The neighborhood is a safe community that feels like an oasis. I loved seeing all the pet walkers in the morning and the grounds were all well maintained. Great place to live if you can get the chance! Thanks Josephine!
