Customer Reviews
Genuinely the worst place I have ever lived. The modern, urban feel of the unit styles and access to businesses were appealing and that’s what brought me to West End. The facade quickly faded when noise from the street and neighbors & lack of interesting or useful business became reality. The layout of the 2 bedroom units were nice for roommates but the complex doesn’t allow 1 unit to have 2 parking spaces, unless you paid for a garage. Garages were waitlisted and the free parking spaces were VERY limited, yet the complex had rows of empty spaces that were not able to rented due to the 1 parking spaces rule. When confronted about the inconvenience I was told to figure it out. Quite literally I would drive around endlessly waiting for a spot to be open or would risk getting my car towed by
We lived in the West End District in Beaverton from April 2024 - July 2025, and our experience was genuinely excellent. Our 2 bed / 2 bath apartment was modern, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the community always felt clean and welcoming. We only moved because my husband began working remotely and we needed a second office space and if West End had 3-bedroom options, we absolutely would have stayed. One of the biggest highlights was the staff. Everyone we interacted with from leasing to management was consistently friendly, helpful, and responsive. They were great before we moved in, supportive throughout our entire stay, and just as kind and professional during the move-out process. It made a huge difference knowing we were always treated with respect and genuine care. Maintenanc
As bad as it gets: 1. Extremely noisy 2. Ongoing security concerns. Just look at the other reviews There are multiple complaints about break ins and cars being damaged and garages burglarized 3. Constant issues with parking, including vehicles being towed at your own expense. 4. Homeless individuals going through the trash at night 5. All of this comes with a very high rent compared to other apartment complexes. We paid over $3k on a month to month basis with their very high bills Do yourself a favor and read the negative reviews carefully before deciding to move here. I don’t recommend this place unless you’re truly desperate and have no other option.
Just moved in (02/01/26) and I have a great experience. I applied mid January. Due to a family emergency I had to move out asap. They helped me through every step. A lot of the staff is new but always available to talk. Mckenna gave us our tour and honestly made us fall in love with the place. Very clean apartments and it's so amazing having so many nice shops right under us. parking is DIFFICULT unless you pay for a spot.
I've been living in the West End for about 2 years now. The new property management team and staff are excellent! It finally feels like home again. They are friendly, down-to-earth, and treat you like a human being. If you are looking for a nice place to live, please stop searching now. The staff here makes sure your living experience is the best! Also, shout out to Scott! He's always on point when it comes to maintenance issues! Thank you, new team, again! You guys really rock!
