West Cove Apartments

Good apartment for the price but zero amenities. I lived here for 8 years and They jacked the prices up to ~$1500 post covid and I had to leave, I See them now posting listings again for $950 which is reasonable. However I deducted a star because they are posting Fraudulent reviews. I know the person whose apartment K P Posted pictures of, and it is not the person leaving the review. This is clearly someone who works for the apartments leaving a fraudulent review.

Great prices on 2 Bedroom Apartments, probably the most affordable in the area. We love the location near Lakeline mall and they are always doing move in specials so definitely ask about those!

These are affordable and in a good location just off of Anderson Mill Rd and Pecan Creek Pkwy. There are 24 units, 12 on each side.

An adjacent unit got bed bugs, and I was never notified. I started seeing evidence of it about 30 days later, now upon contacting the apartment they tell me its my financial responsibility. I like the people, but this particular policy causes a lot of concern because I feel like I should have been notified, and they should have done an inspection and pre-treatment to make sure that problem didn't escalate. Working with management, so final solution is TBD. According to the Austin Tenant's Council, a unit with bed bugs is unable to be lived in, and the landlord's responsibility to rectify.

We have lived here for 3 months now... upon moving in we experienced the dishwasher was not working properly made a repair request within the first week and we still have not gotten anyone to even attempt to look at it 3 months later. There is standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher which anyone knows if left attended will stink horribly. Wish someone would fix this really soon before I take things into my own hands which will result the bill going to the apartment owner their self
