I feel like 3 stars is a pretty accurate rating. EDIT: I’ve lowered it to 2 stars, simply because of the increased theft in the building, I’ve had to reorder amazon packages and refund Uber Eats orders multiple times in the last 2 months bc of the thieves who can just come in and scoop up the packages then walk out. I even caught one of the guys steal my Uber Eats order red handed! Not to mention the rumors of peoples cars getting broken into, is there no security? Or do they just not care? Idk but I’m highly disappointed. Previous Review: From my personal experience no major issues, like leaks, bad smell or broken appliances. However if your moving here please understand that this is more of a luxury college dorm than a luxury high rise building. If I still went to college I would proba
I genuinely cannot wait for my lease to end so I can get out of this place. For $2,400 a month, basic living standards should not be optional. The showers are consistently freezing—not slightly warm, not lukewarm, but straight-up cold. This is an ongoing issue, not a one-time inconvenience. On top of that, the building hides behind random, unexplained fees that make absolutely no sense. The HVAC cooling charge is somehow calculated based on how many occupants live on my floor instead of my actual usage. Please explain how other people’s habits should affect my bill. That’s not utility billing—it’s extortion. Amenities are another joke. The pool was closed for months, despite being a major selling point when leasing. Common areas are poorly maintained, and sanitation is clearly lacking.
Besides the view there is nothing good about this complex. Since the day we got here we have had problems with our toilets, washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, and vents. Not including the flooding of my roommates room and walls, that we were never compensated for. His room was inhabitable for over a month, with maintenance coming in and out at all times of the day, unplanned. Almost every single appliance here has failed us. Maintenance and drilling that will shake your whole apartment from 6am-11am. And this is almost an everyday thing. The pool has been shutdown for almost our entire lease here so far. As well as the “guarded parking garage” which is robbed and broken into almost every month. Homeless will go floor by floor and rob everyone’s shit. This is the third time my car has
I’ve lived here for two years now, across two different apartments, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. This is hands down the safest apartment community in Tempe, which is exactly why I chose to renew for another year. The amenities are top-notch—the gym is open 24/7, making it super convenient, and the pool is absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing. Living here truly gives me peace of mind and a great lifestyle all in one place.
Just know what you’re getting into before you move here. Must be fine with utterly destroyed elevators: random fluids on the ground, plywood on the floor for months, etc. and college kids and the constant construction. View’s nice, the water is fluctuates in temperature which is strange, security does their job. No horrific major issues. Wouldn’t go below floor 20 if I were you though. I’d imagine the noise is pretty terrible
