Her infectious attitude and smile definitely compliments the vibes the Marshall offers. You simply want to be there! It is a happy place for everyone to enjoy. The students of ASU are especially fortunate to have such a beautiful housing option that provides a pristine living space, amenities, safety and an ideal location.

Property was absolutely beautiful and well kept! Office was super pretty and home like. Manager Carson was so polite, respectful and informative! Probably one of the best interactions I've had all day! Thank you so much!

This apartment and leasing office is truly the best. The staff is so welcoming, organized, and very responsive. I specifically must mention Erica White for being so helpful and professional. She was knowledgeable, patient, and always quick to answer my silly questions :) Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made the whole experience wonderful. Overall great leasing office and apartment complex - highly recommend working with this amazing team!!

Just finished executing a lease for my son at Marshall Tempe. Isaac and Austin are extremely professional and amazing to work with.
