I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. 0/5 stars, and that's being generous. Listen.. I gotta give a major shoutout to our maintenance guy, the only guy who’s holding this place together. Dude's got a soul, even if the management doesn't. Now, where do I even start? Water temperature's like a rollercoaster: goes from boiling hot for 3 seconds, then Arctic tundra level cold. Bring a parka and a prayer. AC's on life support, and I'm pretty sure the sound of it dying is the soundtrack to my nightmares. And let’s not forget the best part! The aroma. It's like the complex hired a scent artist to blend stale cigarettes, skunky weed, and despair into one toxic perfume. Terrible place! I lived here for a year and would not recommend it. The unit looked very different from the photos online, the building had an old, unpleasant smell, shower only ran hot to hotter—no option for cool water. When I moved out, I followed all cleaning requirements and even provided proof of professional carpet cleaning, yet I was still charged extra fees and lost my deposit. Management is dishonest and unprofessional—they tack on unfair charges and respond with attitude when questioned. For the rent they charge, you can easily find far better apartments in the area with honest management and better upkeep. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

They should atleast tell applicants to gather all requirements before applying online especially the application fee is not refundable.

From the beginning the staff Morey and Jonathan were pleasant to work with. Super professional but also personable, which helped picking out an apartment and even better experience. The pricing of the place was very reasonable and they were super accommodating. It was always a pleasure to pop by in the office and chat with them. The space is beautiful too. the 1X1 Pueblo on the second floor is where I stayed and it was perfect for a girl and her dog. Maintenance requests (although very few because my apartment was in great condition) followed through reasonably fast. My only issue was the laundromat. This was our first apartment and the process was so smooth! Had a 2x2. I love this complex! if it wasn't for us moving to a house we'd still be there. Super great people in the front office especially Morey! Great guy and down to earth. Maintenance is on top of any issues. Complex is clean and quiet. Neighbors are friendly. No bug issues throughout our whole year of living here. Would definitely recommend this complex to anyone like I already do! Thank you West 35th Staff for giving me and my little family a amazing place to live.
