What I admired most about him is the depth of his knowledge and experience in the Phoenix area housing market. He doesn't just know how to find "the sweet spot" for pricing a home for sale, he knows how much the renovations would cost to bring it fully up to date and which updates should be done before listing to make the property more appealing. Mike Smith is the most incredible realtor and a man of his word. He made suggestions on how we might get more money from our house when it was sold. We followed all of his ideas and we're very happy with the outcome. In fact the house was listed for a certain amount and we got the amount that it was listed for and it was sold in 2 days.
