22 Home Inspect

I had an excellent experience with 22 Home Inspection. Despite a few scheduling challenges on my end, the process was handled with patience and flexibility. Kevin took the time to clearly walk me through the inspection report, explaining everything in a way that was thorough and easy to understand. I truly appreciated the professionalism and care throughout the entire experience.

Extremely professional and priced competitively. Being a new home buyer I had many questions and Aaron addressed everyone one of them and was able to squeeze me in during a holiday weekend. Kevin was very thorough in his inspection and called my realtor right after to give him an overview of everything.

The inspector was great. He took the time to explain everything and to point out what should be fixed. Stuff you might not know to look for. The inspector covered as much as was possible and was very thorough.

22 Home got the Job done giving me a greater piece of mind to move forward on purchasing my new home by providing details above and beyond what I expected . Austin the inspector checked everything from top to bottom and inside out and being that the home was only 12 years old pointed out even the smallest of areas that needed slight attention and since the home is 3 stories tall using modern technology in the form of a drone to check the roof and solar panels for cracks ,damage and possible hazards was amazing and found the home to be in great shape .
