I tried to give it time because Ive been one week and a few days into my lease and was hoping I could talk to management about my concerns/experience, but it looks to me like everyone else has been going through the same. I do understand that mistakes happen, but I have never know Bell Partners Inc. to be this inconsistent. I applied for a readily available apartment, noticed it needed love but thought it would be ready by move in and it was not. I had mold, dead bugs in my freezer, missing carpet, an unkept utility closet (that is all allegedly maintained by Maintenance per leasing), glass in my carpet, nails in my door sticking out, two nonworking toilets…the list goes on. I had flexibility due to my previous lease ending later into September so I did not freak out about missing out on P

This is more of a review for the 2 people in the leasing office than the complex, as I just moved in a week ago. Allecia has been amazing! I always have tons of questions before I move and was uncertain on which unit I wanted and she made the transition a breeze. Marisa has also been such a great contact at the office. I opted for the larger 2 bedroom corner unit and so far I’m very happy with my decision.

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. The location is great but not worth the price and location. The management is awful at communicating. I was charged double rent my first month even though I told the management that the account did not look right. I received rude communication that they fixed the problem which they didn’t and I was double charged and told I could not get my money back. The outside area reeks of animal urine. I can barely get a parking spot by my apartment. The amenities are incredibly outdated. Cars are broken into. Access fobs don’t work consistently. The gate by my apartment was broke for almost a year before it was fixed. I constantly have problems with receiving packages. Truly the worst apartment I have ever lived in.

Cars are constantly being broken into at Wesley Village, especially in the visitor parking lot, and management has done nothing to address it. The front gate has been broken for over a month, and instead of patrolling where the problems happen, security is posted at the front doing nothing. Residents and guests shouldn’t have to worry about their safety or property every time they park here. Totally unacceptable.

I have mixed feelings about Wesley Village. At its best, it was a truly great place to live — clean, well-maintained, and staffed by capable, caring people. Unfortunately, things changed. There was a noticeable decline in service and maintenance under the previous ownership, but things took a dramatic turn for the worse once Bell Partners took over. They struggled to keep leasing and maintenance staff, and the property itself began to deteriorate. In my own unit, it literally rained inside for over a year. Despite repeated assurances from the Property Manager that the issue had been fixed, it clearly wasn’t. During that time, I couldn’t figure out why I kept getting sick and eventually had to have surgery. Months later, I discovered that water had been running behind my walls all along —
