Living here has been such a great experience. The entire move-in process was smooth and easy, and I felt welcomed right away. The community is peaceful, the grounds are always clean and beautifully maintained, and I love how everything feels safe and well cared for. Any time I've had a maintenance request, it was completed quickly and professionally, usually the same day. The office staff is friendly, responsive, and truly makes you feel like a valued resident. I'm proud to call this place home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet, and well-managed community.

Two years living in this property, I feel very good in this place, as if it were my own home. Comfortable, good, clean apartment, like my neighbors, the office responds quickly to emergencies, central to everything, gas stations, restaurants, department stores and highways 408 and 417, the office staff is very friendly, respectful, with Excellent customer service, I love the layout of my apartment. I am very satisfied with all aspects of my time here. The office staff, as well as the maintenance team, have been helpful and professional towards me. Each and every one of the concerns and needs I have had have been addressed quickly and efficiently. Thank you Wentworth Apartments for making my life easier and giving me a decent home.

Maintenance is fantastic and friendly! They are the ones who keep everything beautiful and safe. Office is arrogant, don’t care for them. I don’t like how they treated my young daughter when she came in to simply sign papers.

Crazy how when you call after hours on the recording it specifically says emergency maintenance requests for AC is for above 80 degrees. We call because our AC is on 83 degrees and we’re told that doesn’t qualify as “emergency maintenance” the AC isn’t frozen it just won’t lower at all. The AC is always a problem. I just don’t understand if you guys say an emergency request is over 80 degrees why are we then told our 83 degree temperature in our apartment isn’t an emergency. We’ve had maintenance come before after hours for the same temperature. Now all of a sudden it’s an issue to even come check it.

I have been at this location since September 2024, the area is nice and very secure but when it comes to the office staff and maintenance it is the worst experience ever. At the time of moving into the apartment it was not completed and I was told by the maintenance team will come to fix the necessary things that was not finished prior to us moving in. Today February 5th, 2025, five month later I am still waiting. I have been to the office and have been treated very rude and poorly. I made contact with the district Manager and was told everything will be corrected and still nothing happens. At the end of the day, I have three kids and I'm starting to feel unsafe here.
