Wendover Ridge Apartments

I am a current resident here at this complex I moved here in October last year trying to start over in a new city by myself and honestly I would not recommend not even my family members to move here. They let anything happen here I have been having severe issues with weed smell coming in my apartment and I have told them several times about it. They have done nothing except give me a air purifier which I had purchased a smaller one myself and they don't work all that good. They told me there is nothing else they can do and I know they have not tried to go to door to door to see who is smoking theweed they do not care because they do not have to live here, they do not care what so ever. Been living in this place for over 2 years and within that time the management has changed so many times that emails and phone calls just go unresponded to. Whoever the original maintenance person was came assessed the damages in the bathroom from where the 3rd floor apartment FLOODED AND LEAKED INTO THEIR BATHROOM CEILING AND WALLS! NOW MOLD IS GROWING and of course the maintenance NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. Just to find out they left and now new management does not return calls and has yet to fix that problem or any new ones. CLOGGED DISHWASHER, THE ESCUTCHEON PLATE IS NOT EVEN SECURED TO THE SINK, THE STOVE IS ANCIENT and I cant even get new BURNERS AND DRIP PANS THAT ACTUALLY FIT. Who wants to cook on a slanted stove? The Misadventures of Wendover Ridge. A Pickering&co property. Review date 27 July 2024. My goal was to save money. I'm spending what I was before moving here, if not more. I have included photos and videos for those of you who don't feel like reading the review. Just let the images/videos speak for themselves. Some have not. 0 fixes happened within the 1st month of living here. But there was plenty of time before moving in. Apartments are nice and reasonably priced. Maintenance responds promptly and is very helpful. 5-7 minutes from shopping centers and 10 mins from UNCG. Great place to live!
