I had no experience what so ever with home loans and the process of getting one. Until I talked with Brad. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all my questions but also made me aware of things I wouldn’t have known to ask about. Things like the required credit score for the area I was thinking of buying. As well as resources to assist in receiving aid in getting a loan or even a grant. He was also just a nice guy in general to talk to. I don’t plan on getting a home soon but he gave me the foundation I would need to start that process and set my expectations.
