Wembley Apartments

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Y'all do not come here!!! Roach INFESTED, these people don't fix nothing. They charge you unrealistic fees, they don't respect your privacy, they don't care how long you've been here, they get the city called on them all the time. They're connected with this SKETCHY towing company & get people's car towed all the time especially if you have visitors. I've talked to ex employees and they're even worse to them. Trashy, nasty, management is so unprofessional and rude

I don't recommend these apartments to anybody. The owner owns a bunch of property but don't have enough capital to fix up property nor fix problems that occur in your apartment in a timely manner. They have been coded so much by the city I'm wondering why the owner hasn't been deemed a slumlord. Then he hires young inexperienced thieves to be the manager of the apartments. If it wasn't a misquote in the water bill or charging for something they claim you did to pocket the money. Don't move here or anywhere owned by that man he has a lot of property on the east side. Sara, Alex, and Mercedes were the worse property managers ever.

I do not recommmend this property Ive only been here a yr an my air has stopped working 3 times. I signed a lease saying central air an heat. The first time I couldnt get through to the office. Started calling on a wed an then the weekend came an i couldnt get 1any. The maintenance guy said the lady who stayed here before had problems. Ok. I had to go a week with no air. The 2nd time I was told the maintenance guy had death in the family. (Understandable) Had to go that weekend with no air again because he's the only guy who does air conditioning work. The 3rd time I almost lost my cool.Went to the office on friday an Alex (manager) tells me what makes me so special over the 8 orders before me. Even though I am the manager her, I enjoy living here because of the great location and great neighborhood associated with us :) We could use a gym on site though..
