Hello, I have been renting from wells realty for two years, and they have been very professional, and helpful. I haven’t had any issues with them and when requesting maintenance support, I haven’t had an issue. They continue to complete repairs in a timely manner. The maintenance team has been very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend the company.

I've noticed in these reviews that claims to have New Management that is much better but that's just not true. New management is worse than the last I was actually befriended by Courtney Wells and my daughter spent time with his daughter who was a vet when my daughter wanted to be a vet and I had a much better response from him than I do the current management. It is best just to have the owner's name number and address in situations like this where there's no communication they make appointments that they don't keep... Just to let the owner know that his property is not being taken care of and they're probably going to lose rent because of that.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with renting. This is at 12132 Winfree St. Apt N2, my house was broken into 5 times between May- August 2021. I had my window broken, urine left in my toilet, furniture rearranged, decor knocked off my banister, and my door knob tampered. The violation I felt was awful. I was able to have an addendum to get out of the lease due to the lack of safety and security, but still had to forfeit the security deposit. The key to my front door also fits the lock for my neighbor’s door (I found this out when my neighbor was a friend), and when I reported this to Betty, she completely blew it off. Would not recommend to anyone. Feel bad recommending to my family and friends. Rented from them Since 2017 and it was time for a move. Needless to say they are keeping deposit bc of something that just needs cleaning. walls painted. (No holes ) normal wear and tear for living there so long. But according to the reviews I wasn’t the only one that had a bad experience esp after ms sue left.
