The Station at Chester

We have loved our time at The Station! About 3 years in and the management has been so wonderful and responsive to any issues. Would absolutely recommend moving in and if you have dogs, Miguel and the rest of management will make them feel special every day 🤗

Approaching my first year here at the station and I am super happy! Carter made the leasing process a breeze and is always helpful if I have any questions. Submitting work orders are easy and Miguel has been very quick to address the very minimal issues I have had. He’s is always friendly and someone I am happy to see. My dog is always excited to see him as well since he carries treats for the pet residents. :) the apartments are modern with lots of natural light. My favorite part is the kitchen with all of the cabinet space. Apart from the trains passing through, I find it to be very quiet and peaceful. Every neighbor I have met has been very kind and I think it’s awesome to have a management team that puts together community events. Would recommend!

I live here with my significant other and my sister and we have loved our experience from day one. Carter was amazing from the first day we walked in wanting to tour. He helped us get our stuff situated and remembered us when we came back to pick up keys. We’ve been living here since December 2024 and to this day every time we see him he says hello and greets us by name. We love the safety of the neighborhood and being able to walk to places nearby. The amenities have been great - we love the coffee machine in the leasing office and have really enjoyed the access to the grills when the weather is nice. The gym is normally pretty quiet which I personally enjoy, and we’re excited for the pool to open up this weekend. It’s a quiet neighborhood and people are friendly. We love the updated look

My experience at the station has been excellent. Whenever you call for assistance you get an answer right away or shortly thereafter. Carter and Gail were extremely friendly and helpful from the very beginning in answering any questions or concerns we had. Both of them are very friendly and outgoing people who really care about the residents and the property. Miguel Chalita the maintenance person, Carter Hall and Gail Shaw have all been excellent. Miguel helped us fix our freezer and refrigerator when they were acting up. When we first came in Carter really was helpful telling us all the information we needed to know about becoming a tenant and he showed us a tour of the place to include a sample apartment. Carter, in particular, brings such a vibrant, positive energy every time I see him. It genuinely brightens my day! One thing that really stands out is how they always greet me by name. It may seem small, but it makes a big difference and shows how much they truly care about their residents. I also can’t say enough good things about Miguel, our maintenance professional.
