The Good: The floor plan is great, the appliances are nice, and the community has been friendly. Facilities such as the pool, gym, and car maintenance station puts Garden Springs head and shoulders above others in the area. Conveniently located just minutes away from everything you'd need, including grocery stories, Wawa, and countless great restaurants. Pocahontas State Park is merely minutes away. The Bad: 1. It seems like the leasing process is single-threaded through someone higher up, and the lease was literally the last thing they gave me, the morning of the move-in after I invested thousands of dollars into the moving process. Do not move here!!! Charged Thousand dollars for basic Wear and tear of paint Upon moving out They don’t change the filters on the apartments. Everything has to be requested or it won’t get done Was living there four years and every year I have seen this property deteriorated. One trash point, which means the trash is always overflowing. It’s supposed to be a Gated community, but the gate never works, Cable is another charge that they add in your lease… Plus, the apartments are super loud. You can hear your Neighbors conversation or using the bathroom hear people walking up the steps from outside So Loud that it shakes the apartment… residence are not held accountable. Moved here back at the end of February. Application process went smoothly, The apartment was clean and ready for moving. In the beginning of, I was very pleased with the whole process office people very friendly and so is maintenance. Maintenance has resolved all issues, including the AC unit that had an issue. Hopefully, the AC unit stays resolved otherwise maintenance do respond fairly quickly when issues brought up for the most part. It did take Longer than expected and should have for the AC unit to be resolved, but at the end of It all everything was fixed. Other maintenance issues before that Came up maintenance did resolve those in a timely fashion. My husband and I live at Garden Springs Apartments. We love it. For us it was very important to inquire about the quality of their maintenance service when we considered living here. We were told that they were very good. This is definitely true. In my opinion the maintenance staff and services have only improved since we've been living here (this is our 3rd year). One staff member Renard B. has made repairs in our apartment 3 times this month. On Dec. 2nd he repaired our front door lock. I'm not sure what he did, but he did it quickly and efficiently and now it works easily. On Dec. 18 he came quickly after hour and was so courteous and skilled and only had to work a few minutes and the repair was complete. I absolutely love it here. I had death in the family that prevented me from moving in when I was originally supposed to move ..and Sandy assisted me in every way, and very patiently. Now I'm here and the apartment is so nice. I love it here. Sandy is the greatest. The apartment is big and beautiful and worth every penny❤️❤️
