Wells Court Apartments

False advertising! Pictures online versus 🆚 in person are totally different. (Virtually move)from California got to ATL 5/1/21 (Keys in lockbox) Things a complete mess. Apartment 401 wasn’t cleaned nor prepare for my arrival. Carpet was dirty, live roaches and spiders. I encountered Dust, dirt, and spiderwebs throughout the apartment, dirty blinds, AIDS medication left behind. I contacted Golden Door Realty Group Regarding my concerns several times via phone and email. No one from the company reached out to Rectify or address any of the issues I was experiencing. I was literally suicidal without any help. I wouldn’t recommend any of Golden Door Realty Group Properties.

I've lived here for a here now and I love this apartment complex. It is quiet and peaceful and laid back and nobody's fighting and I just like to hear. The apartments are nice. Close to everything. She's not a bad place to call home.

I took my coworker to look at these apartments. The landlady was very rude and unprofessional. The clubhouse had insulation protruding visible out of what is supposed to be a window. The unit she showed us had painted over bathtubs...the paint was peeling but she said it was a brand new unit.

Rest well, Ms. Effie 🙏🏽 When she was the Manager, this community was very nice!

They are trying... they are apart of the cleaning up the westside, restoring value.
