They bought this building and have not repaired any hurricane damage from last year. Building is a mess and we need a roof and parking lot, but they raised the rent $200! Owner and management company just don't care!

I didn't like anything about this place. I loved that it was close to the beach. My family and I moved down from Wisconsin and found these places. We used what we had for the down payment and first month to move in. The whole time we lived in our apartment for 3 months we dealt with cocktail infestation. My 2 toddlers and my husband I had has all been getting sick, colds, head aches bloody noses. We had the air testing done in the unit and it turns out there was black mold and tons of other different molds in the unit. The code enforcement officer came and cited them. They wouldn't do anything about our problems and told us to find a new place to live. We currently have a lawyer because they now through an eviction on us for not getting out in the 3 day period. This company might actually be the worst company that's ever existed on the face of the Earth. I've been renting from these people for years now and they own a lot of properties in this area and they run them all like they are slumlords. If you ever want to see for yourself what kind of property these people run you should check out places like paradise cay apartments. They are the lowest of the low when it comes to running a property and maintaining a property. Not to mention their customer service skills and their care for their tenants is appalling. Before you rent from a property just make sure you do your work on who owns the property and who you are actually paying your rent to. And never ever ever ignore reviews when moving into a new apartment! Especially run by these people!

This place is SEVERELY ill-managed. I never write reviews (good or bad), but I feel so strongly about how awful the staff at Oceanside Palms is that I am going out of my way to do so. I moved in 4/01/17 and found screws and bolts all over the floor. I also found half empty water bottles in my fridge. Also, the repairs to my home were not done. I found out later that the previous tenant was evicted due to lack of pay and severe lack of hygiene. (They literally had to replace the cupboards, stove, and fridge prior to my arrival. On top of all of this, the maintenance staff has stolen my Bicycle. The monitors in the storage unit next to my apartment are turned off, and my Schwinn bike was there just last week...it is not there anymore. I lived at Courtenay Apartments on Merritt Island on the 1st floor for 20 years. The landlord/slumlord is a lying, greedy man. They all lie in management. It took 10 years to finally get a new sliding glass door replaced. They lie about everything. They say they will fix something for you & they promise but don't keep promises. This place sucks.
