I recently toured this community with Mykia Dozier, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience. From the moment I arrived, Mykia was professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took her time walking me through the property, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The tour was well-organized and informative, and Mykia highlighted features and amenities that truly set this community apart. Her attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. She provides exceptional customer service and truly goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.

Upon enter the complex, I was in awwww….The decor and fragrance was breathtaking! I was greeting by Mykia Dozier who was by far the best tour guide. She was very professional and informative about the site. Her personality was warm and inviting. She also had a hilarious sense of humor and made you feel at home. Definitely will consider this as my retirement home. The place had all the amenities that you could imagine and more. I definitely would rate this 10 out of 10!

Let’s start with saying this place is over-the-top! Pictures do not do it justice. I wasn’t sure if I was at an apartment complex or a luxury hotel. The staff was friendly and my tour guide Mykia Dozier was very welcoming and well versed with the property. The amenities offered here are top tier! I’ve never saw or experienced anything similar at any apartment complex. I look forward to my time here at Wellory. Big thank you Wallory! Big thank you to Mykia Dozier!

Really nice place to live. Tons of options for fun within walking distance: Dave & Buster's, Stars and Strikes, plus TopGolf and Trader Joe's. The rooms are newer, tidy, and built well. The staff was super helpful and friendly - Ask for Spencer, he knows all about the area and can give you great recommendations on floor plans and the local scene.

The Wellory is stunning. As soon as you walk into the main area the attention to detail is next level. The amenities are top notch. The team is eager to show you the property and is professional. Michelle was able to answer my questions, help me understand the leasing process, and overall I was impressed with my experience!
