Eric St. John helped me find the perfect location at Lincoln Mill for my new office, and Shelby Smith and her team did a phenomenal job finishing the build out and renovation so that I could move in and get to work. Even now, the mill overall is still under renovation, but Shelby does a great job responding to concerns and making sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible for the tenants.

We moved into our building in February. Eric worked with us to locate the perfect office that met our needs.
