Wellongate Apartments

Lovely place to live , great apartments. Office and maintenance available as needed. Problems always fixed in timely manner. Only thing I wish would change is the pool be reopened! Have not opened since before 2020, wish the pool would be brought back and reopened! It would bring so much joy to many people during the summer!

We just moved here and the place is absolutely amazing!! The management team is so nice! I feel safe over here, it's very quiet! We have great neighbors and just surrounded by wonderful people in general. I tell everyone about this place. They are older apartments but well kept and I love, love, love its charm! Lived here for two years and had a positive experience. Affordable rent ($700 at the time) and quality interior left us satisfied throughout. Tammy was always helpful, responsive, and kind. They deserve the kudos. Thanks!

Wellongate might as well be low income housing. The office management thinks that they can dictate who you have over, and how often they stay. They are slow to fix repairs and quick to keep your deposit for the repairs that they didn’t fix. A family member of mine lived in Wellongate and based on their experience I definitely would not live at that apartment complex. There is many nicer places to live for the same price in the area.
