Hello, Although we have not yet signed a contract, we spent two and a half hours with Lauren today, who was exceptionally pleasant. We appreciate their approach of allowing us to select a plan, which they will then develop to our specifications. This enables us to understand the numerical values that will aid our decision-making process. While the selection of materials, style, and colors will occur later in the process, Lauren was more than willing to provide us with detailed explanations and information about the various levels. Lauren is highly professional, thorough, and clearly enjoys her work. As of today, we are eagerly anticipating collaborating with Lauren.

My husband and I are in the beginning stages of building our forever home for our family. We have met with Lauren twice in the last few weeks to ask many question, go over floor plans, and design our custom home. Lauren has been very nice, knowledgeable and helpful at with every curveball we have thrown her. We look forward to working with her throughout this process of making our dream home a reality.

Lauren is a fantastic sales rep! You can trust her to give it to you straight, and we left feeling like family. Many of the nicer features that are add-ons with competitors are included in the base price of homes here. I highly recommend!
