Wellington Ridge Apartments

I was going to lease and decided to move back to Texas. Attempted to have my deposit returned and although it was agreed, I have not received the check. A few months ago, India called me and since that time, no response. left messages, text messages, voicemails etc. No response. Can I please have my deposit returned? please My name is Tonya Westbrooks, left my address but no check, no response. Why reach out and not response?

Mrs.Miller here 👋 Im going into my 2nd year with Wellington Ridge Apartments excited😊, the first year was difficult and had its challenges with all the different management changes and empty promises. But Mrs.Crystal step in and she kept her word every step of the way. I am so happy she's here now, and appreciate the effort she putted forth to ensure we had a smooth transfer into our new unit. Mrs.Crystal is just AWESOME, ❤️ I love how I can always reach out for the help I need and get a response that means alot to me. Having good management and a safe community to live in is everything for me especially with having kids. I also want to add Mrs.Crystal ensured that the transfer was successfully before I went into labor, not only does it shows that she cares, it proves that she can be trus

This apartment complex is not one you move to by choice. Suppose to be affordable but rent is nearly the same as everywhere else and going up annually. Quick to charge for things they see fit, but no urgency to repair or make living habitable. Nearly impossible to get them on the phone unless you owe them money. This apartment complex would be the last I recommend. Your air can be out and it will not the their emergency, the gates can be broken for years. Management changes like underwear, and still no resolve for almost anything.

Love it here very clean grounds lovely staff just need a working gate code 😔 I have to go let my visits in and go to gate to pickup my food orders other than that great place to live

Went on a tour with the Manager today, show me all the great amenities that's on property also got a chance to see a 1-bedroom unit for my dad very nice community. very professional office. only thing I was say is the phones could be answer in a timely manner.
