The Cove at Covington Town Center

Please beware that any urgent matters will not be handled with a sense of urgency from the property management team. I’ve been without air conditioning since at least Feb 20th with no updates provided as to when I could expect for the matter to be resolved. I just spoke with the assistant property manager, Renee Jackson, who was very short and dismissive when I called to follow up on the status of the air conditioning being fixed in the unit that I’m renting. Ms. Jackson advised that I open the windows to the apartment during the earlier part of the day to allow cold air in. I responded by informing her that I am not at the apartment during the day, as I work in an office setting. I also informed Ma. Our experience with Cove @ Covington apartments has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff members (Tasha & Derrick) are consistently helpful, making us feel welcome and supported throughout our time here. The amenities offered at Cove @ Covington have exceeded our expectations. Each feature has contributed to a comfortable and convenient living environment for our team. Our company currently occupies six units at Cove @ Covington. We are very grateful for the property's ability to accommodate all of our needs, which has made our overall experience extremely satisfactory.

Im very excited and enthused about the property. Byrson O was the representative that I worked with and I must say he was very helpful, patient, informative, and provide a wonderful experience and tour. His hospitality definitely influenced my decision in choosing the property. Bryson made me feel more than a potential resident. I would definitely recommend speaking and interacting with Bryson. I look forward to my stay and the property looks beautiful, has good amenties, and noce features. In addition, Mrs. Renee was helpful in assisting Bryson to make sure I was taken care of. So far Im happy.

We just toured the place today Ayesha was amazing we showed up with no tour and she fit us in right away. It’s a little more expensive than we wanted but I believe it will be well worth it the apartments are absolutely beautiful and have beautiful amenities I can’t wait to call this place home! Unfortunately due to being transferred out of state for work we were not able to move in though through the process of canceling the move is they were very helpful in trying to get everything canceled and get our deposit back

I've lived there for almost 2 years and the apartments are beautiful and well maintained. There are always activities sponsored by the leasing office and they seem to be fun. The best part of the experience for me was Derrick McFadden, the property manager and Tashayanna Gamble, the leasing consultant, who are the always there to help and are super friendly. The entire office staff and maintenance techs are great at what they do. I bought a house, or else I likely would have stayed longer.
