Wellington Place

I’ve lived here 4 years and I love the office is very tentative and how the maintenance is fast-responding. I recently had an issue that resulted in property damage and it was taken care of in such a timely manner, it was greatly appreciated. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.

I live here and my experience is excellent. Well maintained property. I gave it 4 stars because The parking is horrible. Visitors park in resident spaces, but overall very peaceful and safe place to live

do not live if u think an easy apt to live this is the worst place rent/live come here is worst mistake. people every day to dump their trash here don't ever live here throwing they trash outside n don't ever pick it up second seen lot of neighbors get evince or force to leave ever if u just move in a month or so i still the owner of the place is rude n expect give u month to find another place while forcing u to get out or rushing u have to call head and to get something fix around here the faulting electricity socket multiple power outage the fact u cant play loud music ever when u drive home another thing u don't get any privacy if it for pest control or house inspect they will bargin in without knocking or use a key to get in n if u don't pay Ur rent on time they leave

My family and I lived at Wellington Place Apartments from 2016-2020. During our time there, we unfortunately dealt with mold which was very toxic to my small son as he woke up every night with breathing difficulties as well as my daughter whom had sinus issues everyday. I reached out to the office several times about the issue in which they told me to just clean the areas with bleach , mold cannot be easily cleaned with bleach as it floats throughout the air smh. We also had pest problems, we experienced roach issues all in the kitchen and bedroom areas. They only came to spray once every 2 months which was a temporary fix for a few days and then they were back again. We finally were so ecstatic when we found a new place and moved out in 2020. Keep looking if you are considering moving her

The apartments are nice for the price. They are very safe the area is good. The only problem that I have is the trash all around the dumbsters. There coming from the people that don't live in the apartments. If they can figure out away to keep that down the apartments will be just fine.
