Sandston Woods Apartments

I'm not even going to address the main issue with this place that is the office person. All I'm going to say is for a fact if you're looking at an apartment before moving in definitely check under the sink in the kitchen and the bathroom.

I moved in 2 years ago, and kendria made me feel important. I don't have much to complain about because life happens sometimes, and you can't control others. She is always concerned about what's going on with me, and makes sure I am comfortable. I know a lot of other people here and they feel the same way. I love my neighbors in my section. The new maintenance man is cool, and I love the community room. I'm giving it 5 stars.

I've been a resident for 7 years and the only thing I can complain about is not having a dishwasher and a washer and dryer hook up. I moved here from the pines at cold harbor. We have assigned parking with vistors spots throughout the complex and on both sides which is more than enough. If you get towed it's due to someone calling to get your vehicle moved. My children are 1 and 7.I had both of their parties in our community room which has a $50 deposit you get back after insuring your didn't break anything or leave a mess. I've used it 4 times. Our property manager does kid friendly things like egg hunts, small halloween parties, she even had a petting zoo come! The rental agent Kendra is very polite,very good at what she does and she's a great fit for this place.Shes no nonsense,and very nice lady. Sandston woods is a very quiet laid back community,very homey.

This apartment does not listen to noise complaints very well. I have had to over a handful of times call the police instead of the landlord because as a chill tenant. I don't like to start drama but the people that live here sometimes seem to forget this is an APARTMENT "NOT" a HOUSE that means no LOUD MUSIC after 11pm. I hope future people who might move in here take note of my 3 star review because on top of loud music people SLAM thier "DOORS" & smoke marijuana outside so beware of those two facts also!!!!
