Wellington Grande offers a comfortable and convenient living experience. The attached garage is a huge plus, and the many windows in the living room makes the space bright and airy. While the rent might be a bit higher, the quality of the apartments and the peace of the neighborhood makes it worth it. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I appreciate the hassle-free filter changes. Overall, it’s a great place to call home.

4.5 but I can't figure out how to set it. Leasing and maintenance are the best I've ever dealt with all throughout living in Virginia, DC, and Georgia. Extremely friendly and even minimal requests are handled quicker than expected if their workload is low. But I've never waited more than a day for a response from both in my 6 months of living here. The pool is great and kept truly spotless. I think I've seen a leaf, twice. The grounds are kept just as nice aside from the occasional missed dog droppings from owners. The parking has never been an issue and I'm pretty sure my entire building is full at the moment. My only complaint keeping it from being a perfect 5 stars is that it's a typical newer build and I'm not sure about the town homes but the apartments definitely let noise travel

From the moment I met with the property managers and toured the property, I knew I would be able to call Wellington Grande my home. They have been nothing short of amazing ! 🤩 it’s a beautiful, quiet place to live and I absolutely love it!

I moved in a little less than a year ago and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The service here is exceptional, with staff always ready to assist with any needs or concerns. The facilities are impeccably clean, making it a pleasure to use the amenities. The front office team deserves a special mention for their professionalism and friendliness. They go above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcome and valued. Overall, Wellington offers a wonderful living experience with top-notch service, pristine facilities, and an outstanding front office team. Highly recommended!

After touring many of the apartments in town, Wellington Grande stood out above all of the rest. The staff here is amazing—friendly, diligent, and genuinely cares about its residents. They’re always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Krista, in particular, is the sweetest person. She's so easy to communicate with and always makes sure everything is taken care of. Everyone who works here clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows in the care they give to every apartment. I truly have no complaints and am so glad I chose this wonderful community!
