The Southerly at Longview

My fiance and I absolutely love living here! The apartments, amenities, and overall community are amazing. The management team and staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and they genuinely care about the residents. They’re constantly hosting fun events, bringing in food trucks, or offering something new for everyone to enjoy, which really makes it feel like home. Any issues I’ve had (all very minor) have been handled quickly and professionally. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining the property and keeping residents happy. Overall, it’s a wonderful apartment community and easily the best place to live in Longview!

I worked with Rachel. I moved from 4 states away and from start to finish she was professional and helpful with all questions over the phone and online. When I toured the complex Cierra helped me, she was really nice, and showed me all the amenities. The office manager Monica was extremely helpful with my initial app. Move in day was easy, they even thought of my fur baby with a welcome bag. The southerly is a safe, quiet complex. All the amenities are nice, from the apartment it self to the pool and gym. They keep up with landscaping and maintenance fairly well

This is BY FAR the best apartment community in Longview, TX. Don’t overthink it—simply schedule a tour, and you’ll be amazed. Bailie goes above and beyond to assist residents, she provided me with all the essential information. Plus, the location is unbeatable—just a few minutes away from Target, Walmart, Sam’s Club, restaurants, and gas stations. Having lived in six different states, I can confidently say that this is one of the finest apartment complexes I’ve ever experienced.

Above and beyond! Easily 5 stars across the board! This is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The staff are amazing, the facilities are top-notch, and the location is great. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!

I can’t say enough good things about living here! My husband and I moved from out of state and signed the lease sight-unseen. We couldn’t have been more pleased with it! All the amenities are top notch. We have a dog, and the community is super pet friendly. The pool was amazing and well maintained throughout the hot summer months and the fitness center has been a staple! They also do a good job of organizing fun community events and inviting food trucks on a regular basis. Add to all of that the friendliness and responsiveness of the management team and there really isn’t a better place to live.
