Summer Brook Apartments

Summer brook apartments are a marvelous place to live from the beautiful apartment to the wonderful views to the awesome pool to the excellent staff to the kind and friendly residents - just a perfect place! I throughly enjoyed living here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The property was amazing! Very easy to get into, but Just as easy to get PUT OUT. Move into this property at your own discretion. Holly was very helpful but of course she doesn’t work at this property anymore! Can’t say the same about to the other ladies in the office

I recently moved in and had an issue with my sink leaking after office hours, I called the emergency maintenance number and was very surprised with how quickly someone came to help. She even came the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly still. I've had nothing but positive interactions with the office staff. This is the first apartment I've ever lived in so I didn't know much coming in. Everyone was very helpful and willing to work around my non negotiable requests and the fact that I did not have a credit score. Thank you summer brook!!

Love the maintenance team here and especially Wayne! He has always promptly taken care of any request within 24-48 hrs. Always friendly and makes my day “Waynederful”!

I don’t know what they are paid but give Wayne (and the other maintenance/services/repair people) a raise. They do their job and do it well. Having people like that is what keeps renters around and paying.
