Wellesley Park Apartments

The older reviews saying that management is racist are outdated. The old manager has been fired apparently because the one we have dealt with (Cheryl) is wonderful!! This is the first apartment I've lived in with an apartment manager that actually does their job and cares about the place... Very nice apartments WITH WASHER AND DRYERS (mega plus). Dog friendly (weight limit). The area around the apartments is okay, a little busy because its so close to Lancaster, but what can ya do? The walls are adequately soundproof (better than my last place for sure) and they take good care of the grounds (frequent lawn care, washing windows, litter pick up, good communication with residents, enforcing rules). The last Manager was Cheryl when i lived there. She was very nice unlike the other one before her. I lived there about 5 years. Its a spacious apt and clean environment. My family and I moved out because our truck was stolen twice and very noisy neighbors above and below us.

The property manager is a racist, and never fix anything you ask of them. Instead, they ask you to try to fix it yourself because they don't want to do the work. Don't bother wasting your money or time at this place. Maybe if they fired the property manager things would be better, but as of now, it's not worth it in the least.
