A huge thank you to Carolina, the manager, who was absolutely wonderful. She diligently kept everything on track, communicated clearly every step of the way, and her professionalism and commitment were evident throughout the entire process. We never felt lost or overlooked because she was consistently on top of things. We also want to give a major shout-out to the fantastic office staff—Erica, Emily, and Vi. Super friendly neighborhood! Starting with the front office, the management team has been very welcoming and helpful. Emily assisted us throughout the process and made everything clear and easy to understand. She was patient, professional, and responsive to our questions, which made our move-in experience smooth. We truly appreciate the support. The office also hosts activities and seminars for residents, which is a nice touch. The community is mostly families, so it’s generally quiet and pleasant, and the neighbors we’ve met have been friendly. Within our first couple of weeks, we were already able to connect with several people nearby. The location is very convenient, with most stores and essentials within a five minute drive. When Robin is here he always come quickly to handle the issue. And fix it with a resolution that is not temporary. His service is excellent as well in greeting and handling situations that educating.
