Frank and his team were absolutely wonderful! They did an amazing job with the remodel of our home. We would 100% recommend them to anyone considering work on their home, and if we had to do it all over again we would not give it a second thought to use Well-Built. During our work my wife was pregnant with twins, and Frank and his team could not have been more considerate to making sure the work site was always cleaned up to make sure everything was safe for my wife, and our 2 year old. Even delaying the work and accommodating us when they arrived a bit earlier than expected. We have been in the house now over a 1-year and have not had any issues with the work at all. This company is despicable. Contracted them for a major house renovation which they got 90% of their payments and they walked off the job. Frank Staffa lied about why the subs were not completing their work only to find out he was not paying the subs. When he was confronted he again lied saying the subs were not working at our house because they were busy with other projects. At the same time, the subs were calling and telling us they had not gotten paid. He then proceeded to threaten that he would sue us and lien our house if we didn't pay him. The basement in the addition leaks water and the overall quality of the work was subpar. Avoid this company if you don't want to be ripped off

So I can’t speak for the quality of their work product I want to share a quick story about their character and then you decide if you want to do business with an individual like this. I made a mistake and turned into his lot. The angry old man parked his car almost blocking my exit. My wife opened the window to kindly ask him to move it. At that point, he cursed out my wife and told us we shouldn’t be making a U-turn in his property. I was able to fit through, but I can tell you that after living in the area for 65 years of my life, I would go windowless before I used someone of that tone in nature. The owner Frank Steffi acted very dishonestly and behaved in a bullying manner when there were complaints. The work was very poorly done. His contractors are scared of him for some reason. And he refused to come and inspect the building while in progress.Keep clear of this disreputable company.

If you are going to do any renovation don't go anywhere else. Frank is the best.
