Vista Garden Apartments

The rent is way too high for the location and the service. It’s take for ever for them to fix anything in your apartment and sometime they just leave it half way and never finish fixing it. They only have one super working and don’t provide him help. It right next to a river and Lodi is a flood area. They don’t care about there tenets they only care about making money .. they have people that have been there for more then 10 years paying their rent on time and now the property manager is going around are braking the lease to collect money renovate and rise the rent . Mean while this people have no where to go and have lost everything due to Hurricane ida and the property manager does not care . She thinks it’s okay to give people 30 day notice and return the security deposit make thing

For a small, cheap one bedroom with a garage, it's would seem like a decent place from the outside. In general, there's extremely poor communication from management, antiquated practices of paper rent statements, a moldy laundry room (pre-hurricane), and terrible asphalt drive lanes in the parking lot; it makes motels seem like classy establishments. The fact that we were not given any warning to evacuate during a hurricane and my car was totaled while in my garage added the last dash of salt to my wound. Now, the mail/laundry room is nonoperational, and there is still no word from management about the status of clean-up, repair, or mold-treatment for the garage/mail/laundry rooms that were damaged. Spend your rent money somewhere else.

Amazing!!! Simply love the bed sheets my neighbors use for window treatments, very unique. Also no need for a pesky alarm clock when you can have the serene sound of police officers raiding the crack den next door.

Looked at an apartment here and it is the worst service I have come across. Do not rent from this place. Definitely need a new rental agent her attitude sucks!

I was interested in looking at this apartment, but upon speaking to the very rude manager I changed my mind and refuse to do business with them. I'm not sure how you can be a manager and not know how to speak to people professionally and properly. I wish I could give her zero stars.
