We arrived each visit and it's like we never left. The responses to our requests are prompt done exactly on time and same day. I have been using Welcome Homes USA for my Florida house sitting services for about a year now and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who owns property in Florida. The person who normally does the walk-through is Ron and I could not have asked for better service! He will go above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done correctly the first time. Besides doing the normal bi-monthly walk-through he also looks out for any pests infestations that may have entered the house, which not too many people do. They also offer a pest service add on for a minimal fee, which I highly recommend you get. This vacation home is very comfortable and located close to Disney World for an easy drive to and from the parks. It is located in a gated community for additional peace of mind. The home itself is very well maintained and Clean! The rooms are comfortable and you will immediately feel at home. The swimming pool is in an enclosed Lanai. A perfect oasis for your outdoor enjoyment. The only problem is you will not want to leave!
