Aventon Grove

I recently moved in a week ago, and the experience has been extremely positive so far. The apartment is spacious, and the community is very welcoming. I required maintenance in the early days due to a shelf coming loose, but the team was incredibly prompt and professional. The leasing office staff, particularly Safia, was outstanding, assisting us with the entire rental process and document review. They were always very kind and responsive.

I toured this community while apartment hunting and had such a great experience thanks to Veronica Castro. She was incredibly kind, professional, and most importantly, very transparent about all the costs and next steps. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all the fees, which I truly appreciated as a first-time renter. Even though I ultimately chose a different apartment because it better fit my space needs, my decision had nothing to do with the service I received. Veronica was amazing throughout the entire process and made what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and welcoming. If you’re considering touring here, definitely ask for Veronica — she’s the best!

I believe I left a review before but I’m so happy that I want to leave another one. The staff at Aventon Grove is so helpful!!! I could not be happier to move in. Veronica made the tour and experience such a delite. She took her time to explain everything to me and made me feel so welcomed. I cannot express how happy I am to be moving there in April. I was scared because it’s my first apartment solo but she made it a smooth transition. Thank you Veronica for all your help!!! I’m excited!! 🥰

Absolutely beautiful! It is wonderful to find a brand newly built apartment and everything you need in it and more. Kim is awesome and we cannot wait to move there in the fall.
